THE DESIGN
Throughout this media kit my goal was to keep a consistent theme that related to the subject of the magazine, while also conveying all the necessary information. Visual hierarchy was an imperative aspect in this design as I wanted to ensure the viewer was able to engage with the important information at a glance.
THE CONTEXT
This was a project for GCM 720 - Magazine Production and Publishing. Testing different layouts was a interesting but daunting task. I was restricted in the information that I was able to present in each page, so finding the balance between interesting and functional layouts was a challenge. I achieved this by using different graphic elements to condense the area used to present information, which helped keep everything clear and concise.
